It’s the end of the year, and many of our customers around the world are celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year and a multitude of other holidays.

We are too!

Since the Performance Foundry team is located around the world, though, we’ll all be celebrating different holidays on different days. This means that Performance Foundry hours won’t be changing much during the holiday period.

However, we’ll all be taking some time off, so non-urgent support tickets may take a little longer to resolve than usual between December 22 and January 8.

I have a maintenance package…

We will be continuing to do ongoing updates and security scans throughout the holiday period. Our backup, uptime, and anti-malware systems will keep running regardless, and we’ll react to any urgent alerts from them.

I want to start hosting my site with you!

We’re able to start new sites and migrate existing sites to Performance Foundry over this period, with a few exceptions around New Year’s.

Please contact us through the regular contact form. We’re happy to talk about any size of job! Due to our popularity and holiday constraints, we’re booking new development jobs in late January, but we’re able to start strategy and design earlier than that.
