Happy holidays!

This week marks the start of the holiday season, with Thanksgiving in the United States leading the charge. Over the next six weeks or so, Performance Foundry staff and clients will be celebrating:

  • Thanksgiving
  • La Purisima
  • Immaculate Conception Day
  • Winter or summer solstice
  • Christmas (on the 24th of December in some parts of the world, the 25th in others)
  • Hanukkah
  • New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and New Year’s Hangover (okay, that last one isn’t official)
  • Three King’s Day
  • Orthodox Christmas
  • And probably a few others that we’ve never even heard of.

So you see why I started this post with a generic “happy holidays” rather than a specific greeting!

Whether you're exchanging gifts, reflecting on the year that's been, or just taking some time off, enjoy it!

Performance Foundry holiday hours

Since our team is located around the world, and we’ll all be celebrating different holidays on different days, our hours won’t be changing much during the holiday period. We’ll be available to deal with emergencies and downtime as always, and hosting clients can continue to get in touch with our support desk by emailing support@performancefoundry.com. It might take us just a little longer to resolve support requests over this time, especially if we need to contact other service providers to find a solution.

Our hours will be largely the same as always.

We won’t be doing any major updates on sites on our servers, or starting new development projects from December 19 to January 6. If you’d like to book in a new development project, email hello@performancefoundry.com for a timeframe. Small work can still be scheduled throughout the holidays, but we’d love to get it in the calendar now. If you’d like a new website, we can get started on the exploring and wireframing phases of our seven-step process; design and development would kick off in mid-January.

Wherever you are in the world, we hope you have a fantastic festive season — whichever holidays you celebrate!
